How readiness stages are scored

The dimension model behind the R1–R6 labels, and what each one does and does not assert.

This is TISEZA editorial commentary. Every verified figure comes from the published records linked below, which carry their own source and verification date.

A readiness stage is derived from scored dimensions, never typed in. That matters because the label is the single most consequential thing on an opportunity page: it is what an investor reads before deciding whether to travel.

R5 means promoter, site position, commercial requirements and key approvals are sufficiently defined. It does not mean the opportunity is financed, permitted or guaranteed, and the Atlas never uses the word bankable.
